But how do you make your home feel like a place where you can relax? And what is relaxation? Relaxation is not just about taking a nap or lying down. It is a state of mind, a state of being. Relaxation means being able to focus on something else than your daily problems and stresses. Relaxation means being able not to worry about things that cannot be changed.
There are many ways to achieve this feeling of relaxation. Here are some ideas:

5) Read a book. Reading books can be very relaxing. They give you a chance to escape into another world. You can read books about any topic you like. You can read books that make you laugh or books that make you cry.
6) Talk to someone. Talking to someone can be very relaxing. You can talk about anything. You can talk about your problems, your worries, your dreams or anything else.
7) Do yoga. Yoga is a form of exercise that can also be a form of meditation. Yoga can be done sitting, standing or lying down. You can practice yoga in front of the TV, in your room or anywhere you like.
